I worked with Jake to buy a home in early 2021. As a first time home buyer, Jake was very attentive and responsive to my many questions. I toured multiple homes with Jake and each time he showed up to the showing early and was there to answer my questions and give explanations but also didn’t hover over me as I walked around. He was actively in touch with the Sellers agent and getting intel as to the status of other offers in the crazy market to help me put my best foot forward and negotiate. He thoroughly prepared the offer and other contractual obligations and didn’t hesitate to tweak the wording to more of my liking when I asked. Twyla met my aunt, wife, and myself at my mom's house and was very nice and knowledgeable from the beginning. We asked a few questions about the house and the area and she let us know she knew the area well and would help us through the process. With myself being in Phoenix, AZ, and the property being in Overland Park, KS Twyla did a great job of communicating each step in the process of selling the property. Cody helped me towards the end of the sale and was easy to get in contact with and helpful with the title company.

Betsy is a great real estate agent. We hired her to sell our home and also to represent us during the building of our new home, and she handled both jobs extremely well. Betsy helped us a lot with getting our home ready to sell by giving us suggestions on things to do to help it sell before we put it on the market. She is an excellent decorator and staged our home to show well when it went on the market. Our house sold the first day at a price higher than our listing price. Betsy also helped us so much with the building process and was our representative with the builder we chose. She kept track of our contract and made sure the builder was fulfilling all the terms of the contract during the building process. On our moving day we were lagging on getting out of our old home on time, and Betsy jumped in and helped us finish packing and getting the house passed on to the new owners. She was fantastic!

Our realtor, Will, was incredible! Very nice and welcoming and he had a happy personality that exuded confidence and friendliness.

My wife and I lived out of state and were being transferred to Kansas City. We found Virginia via an internet search and she was immediately responsive. Virginia took a LOT of extra time helping us narrow our home search from a very broad area down to several neighborhoods that we were interested in. She went WAY over the top in terms of working late and "face timing" us since we could not always be there to look at homes in person. Her knowledge of the market and the area was extremely helpful to us. Upon finding properties that we were interested in, she was great in helping with the negotiation and eventual closing of our new home. I would HIGHLY recommend Virginia to anyone as she is professional, knowledgeable, and is a great advocate for her clients.

While we didn’t have the most elaborate house to sell, Twyla and her Team approached the selling of our house in a very professional and courteous manner. From the staging of the house to securing offers we were very pleased with Twyla’s execution to selling our house quickly and at the price point we expected.
