I worked with Jake to buy a home in early 2021. As a first time home buyer, Jake was very attentive and responsive to my many questions. I toured multiple homes with Jake and each time he showed up to the showing early and was there to answer my questions and give explanations but also didn’t hover over me as I walked around. He was actively in touch with the Sellers agent and getting intel as to the status of other offers in the crazy market to help me put my best foot forward and negotiate. He thoroughly prepared the offer and other contractual obligations and didn’t hesitate to tweak the wording to more of my liking when I asked. I cannot highly recommend Jake enough to other buyers or sellers. He is local to the Kansas City area and will be both your biggest advocate and best friend by the end of your experience - which doesn’t stop when you close as he goes above and beyond to check up after your purchase.
