Jake was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the KC metro and makes the home buying process fun. He was always available, night and weekend, for a call or text and I never felt like a bother with my million questions. Jake always followed up with the agent for me, and provided knowledge and insight into each offer I was making. I never felt like he was trying to make a sale, but genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect home. I would recommend Jake to anyone trying to buy or sell in this market.

I’ve owned many houses, but as a recent widow I’ve never bought one by myself and certainly not during a pandemic. Plus I was trying to move from Texas back to Kansas City. Lots of challenges. But Tyler and Toni really took the time to show me houses carefully within the new Covid guidelines. Their expertise in home remodeling is an added bonus. This allows them to see potential problems and possible assets when viewing a property. But mostly they listened to what I needed in a home to start this new chapter.
