My wife and I lived out of state and were being transferred to Kansas City. We found Virginia via an internet search and she was immediately responsive. Virginia took a LOT of extra time helping us narrow our home search from a very broad area down to several neighborhoods that we were interested in. She went WAY over the top in terms of working late and "face timing" us since we could not always be there to look at homes in person. Her knowledge of the market and the area was extremely helpful to us. Upon finding properties that we were interested in, she was great in helping with the negotiation and eventual closing of our new home. Betsy is a great real estate agent. We hired her to sell our home and also to represent us during the building of our new home, and she handled both jobs extremely well. Betsy helped us a lot with getting our home ready to sell by giving us suggestions on things to do to help it sell before we put it on the market. She is an excellent decorator and staged our home to show well when it went on the market. Our house sold the first day at a price higher than our listing price. Betsy also helped us so much with the building process and was our representative with the builder we chose. She kept track of our contract and made sure the builder was fulfilling all the terms of the contract during the building process. On our moving day we were lagging on getting out of our old home on time, and Betsy jumped in and helped us finish packing and getting the house passed on to the new owners. She was fantastic!

Abby was on the ball keeping the fire lit under us to get our home ready and stay on schedule for listing. If not for her persistence follow through devotion hard work and dedication I probably would not be writing this right now. She always kept us up to date with new and potential listings that fit what we were looking to buy and if we found something we wanted to look at she made herself available. She's knowledgeable about the area friendly and easy to work with well connected understands the business and made us feel like we were her only clients. She did an incredible job with the listing of our home....we sold our house THE FIRST DAY!! At the end of the first day our home was listed we had 21 showings 6 offers and sold our home for more than asking price! We had to cancel showings the following day!
