Tyler Grieve
Hailing originally from Canada, Tyler Grieve immigrated to this country in 2008. Starting over in a new country can be intimidating – for Tyler, it was exhilarating. Embracing every part of the American dream, Tyler began his love affair with entrepreneurism and never looked back. Tyler began his real estate career in 2010, helping buyers, sellers, and investors, all while making investments of his own — remodeling and acquiring rentals. The first non-citizen broker in Kansas, Tyler quickly gained his citizenship and added Missouri to the list as well. A licensed general contractor in both Johnson and Jackson Counties, Tyler continues to further his real estate education with every opportunity that becomes available.
Over the past 14 years, Tyler has immersed himself in every part of the home industry, from representing 100s of buyers and sellers to remodeling homes, developing a modest rental portfolio, and co-managing a new home development. His experience is extensive and ever-changing and he emphatically believes that the key to his clients’ success lies in a combination of knowledge and current facts, measured with strong experience. When speaking with Tyler, you can feel the difference. He has excitement and visible passion, not just for real estate, but for life, and he loves sharing this passion with everyone he comes across.
Toni Hoffman
Toni began her journey on the West coast, eventually finding the hidden gem that is Kansas City. In real estate for over ten years now, Toni enjoys the freedom, risk, and outside the box thinking that this industry requires. Passionate about her work in real estate and involvement in her community, Toni’s dedication to getting the very best results for her clients is evident in her personalized service and tailored communication style. Licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, Toni is a Certified New Homes Sales Professional and works daily in new homes, as well as resale. Having an extensive background in real estate investing, rehabs, and rental properties, she works diligently and systematically to build her clients’ portfolios, as well as her own.
Named a ‘FIVE STAR Real Estate Professional’ since 2014, Toni’s goal is to be a community leader — honest and ethical in all of her practices — and to provide her clients with phenomenal customer service. Real estate is her business and she strives to treat everyone that she deals with, with professionalism and integrity.
