I’ve owned many houses, but as a recent widow I’ve never bought one by myself and certainly not during a pandemic. Plus I was trying to move from Texas back to Kansas City. Lots of challenges. But Tyler and Toni really took the time to show me houses carefully within the new Covid guidelines. Their expertise in home remodeling is an added bonus. This allows them to see potential problems and possible assets when viewing a property. But mostly they listened to what I needed in a home to start this new chapter. They genuinely wanted a safe home, a good value/investment, and something where I would be happy. They succeeded on all fronts.. I know that my husband would say 'thanks for taking care of my girl.

Since we were from out of town, Tyler worked extra hard to work with our schedules to set up times to see houses. We were able to stay in contact with Tyler without issue and feel that Tyler knew what we were looking for and did not steer us wrong. We are very pleased to have worked with Tyler.
