I worked with Jake to buy a home in early 2021. As a first time home buyer, Jake was very attentive and responsive to my many questions. I toured multiple homes with Jake and each time he showed up to the showing early and was there to answer my questions and give explanations but also didn’t hover over me as I walked around. He was actively in touch with the Sellers agent and getting intel as to the status of other offers in the crazy market to help me put my best foot forward and negotiate. He thoroughly prepared the offer and other contractual obligations and didn’t hesitate to tweak the wording to more of my liking when I asked. Betsy is a great real estate agent. We hired her to sell our home and also to represent us during the building of our new home, and she handled both jobs extremely well. Betsy helped us a lot with getting our home ready to sell by giving us suggestions on things to do to help it sell before we put it on the market. She is an excellent decorator and staged our home to show well when it went on the market. Our house sold the first day at a price higher than our listing price. Betsy also helped us so much with the building process and was our representative with the builder we chose. She kept track of our contract and made sure the builder was fulfilling all the terms of the contract during the building process. On our moving day we were lagging on getting out of our old home on time, and Betsy jumped in and helped us finish packing and getting the house passed on to the new owners. She was fantastic!
