I cannot say enough good things about Virginia Phillips! As a first time home buyer, my fiance and I had so many questions about the process of purchasing a home. Ms. Phillips explained the entire process in thorough detail and was easily available through phone or email. As we were looking at homes, she provided education regarding both the positive and negative qualities each home may bring, while still being able to carefully consider our personal opinions as well. She recommended an excellent home inspector and structural engineer and helped us navigate the negotiation process (so nerve wracking!). I would recommend her to any home buyer and should we ever decide to sell our current home, Ms. Phillips would be the only realtor we would feel comfortable helping us through that process.

Betsy is a great real estate agent. We hired her to sell our home and also to represent us during the building of our new home, and she handled both jobs extremely well. Betsy helped us a lot with getting our home ready to sell by giving us suggestions on things to do to help it sell before we put it on the market. She is an excellent decorator and staged our home to show well when it went on the market. Our house sold the first day at a price higher than our listing price. Betsy also helped us so much with the building process and was our representative with the builder we chose. She kept track of our contract and made sure the builder was fulfilling all the terms of the contract during the building process. On our moving day we were lagging on getting out of our old home on time, and Betsy jumped in and helped us finish packing and getting the house passed on to the new owners. She was fantastic!

Went to an open house and had the pleasure of meeting Will. I was impressed by his knowledge and felt that he knocked it out of the park. Will definitely be using Will in the future.
