I’ve owned many houses, but as a recent widow I’ve never bought one by myself and certainly not during a pandemic. Plus I was trying to move from Texas back to Kansas City. Lots of challenges. But Tyler and Toni really took the time to show me houses carefully within the new Covid guidelines. Their expertise in home remodeling is an added bonus. This allows them to see potential problems and possible assets when viewing a property. But mostly they listened to what I needed in a home to start this new chapter. They genuinely wanted a safe home, a good value/investment, and something where I would be happy. They succeeded on all fronts.. I know that my husband would say “thanks for taking care of my girl.”

Abby was on the ball keeping the fire lit under us to get our home ready and stay on schedule for listing. If not for her persistence follow through devotion hard work and dedication I probably would not be writing this right now.
