Twyla met my aunt, wife, and myself at my mom's house and was very nice and knowledgeable from the beginning. We asked a few questions about the house and the area and she let us know she knew the area well and would help us through the process. With myself being in Phoenix, AZ, and the property being in Overland Park, KS Twyla did a great job of communicating each step in the process of selling the property. Cody helped me towards the end of the sale and was easy to get in contact with and helpful with the title company.

Jake was awesome, would make time in his schedule to view any house, no matter the time of day. Easy to work with and helpful all around for first time home buyer. Jake was able to work with me on the right and competitive offers. Jake also was great with setting up inspections, reviewing the inspections with me, and giving suggestions on how to handle each item.

I’ve owned many houses, but as a recent widow I’ve never bought one by myself and certainly not during a pandemic. Plus I was trying to move from Texas back to Kansas City. Lots of challenges. But Tyler and Toni really took the time to show me houses carefully within the new Covid guidelines. Their expertise in home remodeling is an added bonus. This allows them to see potential problems and possible assets when viewing a property. But mostly they listened to what I needed in a home to start this new chapter. I worked with Jake to buy a home in early 2021. As a first time home buyer, Jake was very attentive and responsive to my many questions. I toured multiple homes with Jake and each time he showed up to the showing early and was there to answer my questions and give explanations but also didn’t hover over me as I walked around. He was actively in touch with the Sellers agent and getting intel as to the status of other offers in the crazy market to help me put my best foot forward and negotiate. He thoroughly prepared the offer and other contractual obligations and didn’t hesitate to tweak the wording to more of my liking when I asked. I cannot highly recommend Jake enough to other buyers or sellers. He is local to the Kansas City area and will be both your biggest advocate and best friend by the end of your experience - which doesn’t stop when you close as he goes above and beyond to check up after your purchase.
