I was introduced to the group by Christine Lightfoot, a personal friend who did an excellent job in helping get the house on the market - with me out of the country. Toni Hoffman took on the property and she was exemplary. This was my first time selling a home and I was out of the country. She never tired of my questions, explained things, and gave guidance. All that you should expect from a realtor and more. I have recommended this team often - specifically Toni, to all of my friends.

My wife and I lived out of state and were being transferred to Kansas City. We found Virginia via an internet search and she was immediately responsive. Virginia took a LOT of extra time helping us narrow our home search from a very broad area down to several neighborhoods that we were interested in. She went WAY over the top in terms of working late and "face timing" us since we could not always be there to look at homes in person. Her knowledge of the market and the area was extremely helpful to us. Upon finding properties that we were interested in, she was great in helping with the negotiation and eventual closing of our new home. I would HIGHLY recommend Virginia to anyone as she is professional, knowledgeable, and is a great advocate for her clients.
